Important Announcement Regarding Pastry Classes

Happy New Year to Everyone

Since posting latest news in December we have moved into tier 4 and with further restrictions also now in place this makes running classes at present impossible. As these restrictions are unlikely to be lifted in the next 4-6 months I have taken the decision that we will not be running any live classes before June 2021.

News January 2021

Happy New Year everyone.
Since posting latest news in December we have moved into tier 4 and with further restrictions also now in place this makes running classes at present impossible. As these restrictions are unlikely to be lifted in the next 4-6 months I have taken the decision that we will not be running any live classes before June 2021.

My primary concern is that everyone who enjoys my classes is 100% safe and I am looking forward to running classes when it’s completely safe to do so and so that we can enjoy running the classes in our usual manner.

Anybody owed a class will get first choice when classes resume so please keep an eye on our latest news for updates. I will be talking to Oasis Academy in Coulsdon each month where we hold our classes to get up to date accurate news on when we can run our classes again safely which at present would provisionally be June the 5th.

A decision on that will be taken one month before and posted on this website and social media. Please feel free to message via this website or via social media if you want to ask any questions. At some stage our classes will return to normal but until we can do so I want everyone to be safe.

In the meantime please check out my four books on Amazon the links for which are all available via this website.

The books available are:

Biscuits and Cookies
Tarts & Pies
Café Cakes
Macarons & Macaroons

All by Tim Fisher

I have tested the recipes and written the material for my fifth book Ice Creams & Sorbets which should be out in March 2021 in time for summer. I have also just finished the recipes for my Christmas book which will be published about September 2021. In between these books being published I am planning to publish a book on hand made Chocolates & Truffles which I am trying to get done for Aug/Sep 2021. So if anybody bought chocolates from me and wondered how to make them I will at last reveal the secret recipes.

As I cannot run classes I am using my time to continue to write more books so if things go to plan I should have 7 books on amazon by September 2021. I am also going to work on some Youtube videos and hopefully post some “how to” videos. I have been asked about zoom lessons and this may be a possibility although nothing replaces live classes for me.

In the meantime please stay safe everyone and feel free to get in touch if you would like to ask anything.
