Welcome to Tim’s Pastry Club

Tim’s Pastry Club was set-up by award winning pastry chef and teacher Tim Fisher to help people develop their pastry, baking & chocolate skills. Classes run on Saturdays from 10:15 to 12:45 at the Oasis Academy in Coulsdon Surrey.

The classes are informal and cater for all levels of ability and experience. Each class is personally taught by Tim. They are great for making new friends as well as learning new skills.

Tim has over 30 years of professional experience and has won many prestigious awards including the Dessert of the Year title and numerous Gold, Silver & Bronze medals at the British Open Cookery Championships.

Hi everybody spring is here and everything seems more optimistic. I hope you are all keeping well in this most difficult year. I am really missing pastry classes but hopefully these will restart in September this year. Oasis Academy have been in constant touch each month and we both feel confident that classes will start again on September the 4th but please check the website each month for updates. Anyone owed classes will be given priority for the places available and please be assured all appropriate measures at the time will be in place.

In the meantime I am delighted to say my new book Ice Creams & Sorbets is released and on Amazon now, follow the link on the homepage to go directly to the book. I now have 5 books on Amazon and am pleased to inform you that book 6 Chocolates & Truffles and book 7 a Christmas book will both be out later this year so I have used my downtime to write books. I am still going to work on a Youtube Channel but have decided to get the books out first before starting these but they are coming I promise.

In the meantime please keep safe and check out the books there are plenty more coming.
