Staying Covid-19 secure in 2021

• FIVE STEPS TO SAFER WORKING TOGETHER

Point 1

A risk assessment will be carried out by Oasis academy and we will comply with their advice to us to run our classes at the time of the class running.

Point 2

We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance.

Point 3

We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the classroom is safe to work in.

Point 4

We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance where possible in the classroom. In this term we have restricted the class to six people.

Point 5

Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk.

The kitchen is sanitised before classes and the equipment used in the classes is owned and used exclusively by Tim’s Pastry Club students and not shared in the school.
All tea and coffee is served in single use paper cups and placed into the recycling.

Refund Policy

The refund policy of Tim’s Pastry Club is that if you book a class we do not offer refunds. If you cannot make your booked class but inform us at least 48 hours before the start of the class we will transfer your place to a future class of your choice. If you do not turn up for your class or inform us less than 48 hours before the class starts we will not refund your money or give you a transfer to another class as stated in our FAQ.

IF a class is cancelled by Oasis Academy closing the centre we will refund fees for those classes but only in these circumstances so please be aware of this when booking.
