Choux pastry & Pastry Cream

Come and see how to make the perfect crisp puffed shell of choux pastry. Each student will make a batch of buns and a batch of pastry cream enriched with butter and whipped cream and flavoured with either chocolate, vanilla or coffee and glazed with fondant icing.
